Obscene or Profane Language/Actions/Contact

• Swearing, obscene, or profane language or actions will result in implementation of the Student Code of Conduct procedures.
• Obscene or profane language personally directed at school personnel in conjunction with an act of insubordination will result in an immediate three day Out of School Suspension. Repeat offenders will be dealt with accordingly.
• Self exposure will result in an immediate three to five day Out of School Suspension.
• The Student Code of Conduct will be implemented for any student who has sexual contact or touches another person inappropriately in any body region. The police will be contacted immediately.
